Once in a blue moon due to a variety of reasons (including Shopify API downtime, webhook failures and other unforeseen issues) some orders may become out of sync with Shopify. We attempt to counter this by performing a partial synchronisation of your orders every 30 minutes. If after this interval your dashboard still is not correct we may need to trigger an update manually.
Before getting in contact with us, ensure that you have a plan active. If you do not subscribe to at least the minimum plan, your orders will not synchronise.
Upon installation of the app, we only synchronise the previous 2 weeks of orders. This is sufficient for most people, however if you require a history that precedes this, we're happy to allow that for you if you just flick us a message.
